Response to Copyright Infringement Notifications 

Upon receiving a valid Notification of Copyright Infringement, The Quickest Property Finder will take actions we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, which may include:

(b) Removing or disabling access to the alleged infringing material. 

(c) Terminating repeat infringers’ access to the Service. 

Restoration of Access 

We may resume access to or restore the content or link that has been removed, if the user:

(a) Submit a written counter notice from the subscriber which the user has forwarded to the owner of copyright immediately on receipt ; and

(b) We do not receive, within seven days after forwarding the counter notice, a response from the owner of copyright, indicating that no authorisation has been granted for the subscriber to make the content available. 

Legal Remedies and Indemnification 

The Quickest Property Finder reserves the right to pursue any available remedy at law or equity against violators of copyright or other intellectual property rights. We do not waive any rights to take legal action against copyright infringers or intellectual property rights violators, nor will we provide indemnification or legal representation to alleged infringers in any action arising from their use of our Website or Service, except as expressly described in this policy.
